Bookings & Payments
When making a booking, you agree to:

Some bookings may require a deposit. Final details will be confirmed via email or contract.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund

Short-notice (under 72 hours cancellations may result in forfeited deposits or fees

In unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency), we will do our best to reschedule or provide a suitable replacement DJ
Event Conduct
Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and professional environment for the DJ. We reserve the right to halt services if safety or professionalism is compromised.
Clients will be liable for damage to equipment caused during the booking unless agreed otherwise.
Copyright & Media Use
XPM DJs retains the right to use event footage, behind-the-scenes clips, or photos from events for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
All website content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect loss, damages, or delays outside our control. While we aim to deliver exceptional service, certain external factors (like venue issues or weather) may impact performances.
